I already have an Intro essay which offers a broad outline of my political thought, but it’s targeted towards the Dissident Right community, speaking in terms and themes that won’t make a lot of sense to people who don’t belong to the Dissident Right. This introduction to me and my work is aimed at a general audience of people who are either unfamiliar with or hostile to the Dissident Right.
Are you racist?
Sorta, but not in the way the term is usually used. I don’t dislike other races. I don’t think I’m better than other races. I don’t want to hurt, harm, deport, or even really even inconvenience other people. I think it’s nifty that there are a bunch of different races and cultures in the world, and would like it to stay diverse and interesting. I consider myself a White Advocate and I believe that everybody should stand for and be proud of their heritage and identity, even White people.
Are you a nazi?
I’m a “nationalist” in that I believe people, including my people, are wise to be patriotic to their nationality. I’m a “socialist,” in that I believe this system’s first (rather than last) priority should be investing in the welfare and success of its marginal working families. But when people generally use the term “nazi” or “national socialist,” they’re implying a hatred of other groups or a wish or intent to hurt or harm them. I have no special interest in 20th century German politics or culture.
Are you antisemitic?
An “antisemite” is the term for somebody who hates Jews, but it’s being used nowadays to describe anybody who the Jews hate. I don’t hate Jews. I am a critic of America’s Organized Jewish Community, which is a separate thing from “the jews.” And they’re critical of me. There’s actually a modest but growing chorus of Jewish voices who share my perspective on identity and the excesses and abuses of Sheldon Adelson’s Zionism and George Soros’s Internationalism. And those Jews rock.
Are you a socialist?
In America, “socialist” typically means a snob who doesn’t earn an honest living and wants to pay other people to also not earn an honest living. I’m not that kind of socialist. I’m socially conservative, and believe that corporations and the government are leaving American families behind. If you’re old enough, you might remember old-fashioned Union Democrats before the Democrats went all looney tunes. I’m sorta like that.
Are you a White Nationalist?
Yes, but once again I have to separate what that formally means and what that word generally implies in casual conversation. I believe that America is coming unraveled, and that we won’t all be able to get along in the long-term. Given that assumption about the future, I believe that White Americans who wish to remain White Americans in their heritage, attitudes, and opinions should be allowed to do so somehow.
“Somehow” does a lot of heavy lifting there, as we don’t know what the future looks like. I am fully aware of the fact that a lot of White Americans, if not most White Americans, are very invested in a multicultural, globalist future. Perhaps they’re in a racially mixed family. Perhaps their closest friends aren’t White. I’m happy for them and am not trying to force them to turn against their friends and family. But it’s just as wrong to force me to go the direction you’re going.
Imagine if I showed up in Japan. Maybe I bagged me a cute Japanese wife. I would not have the right to tell Japanese people that they no longer have the right to a Japanese country, exclusively Japanese spaces, and putting their own Japanese identity and culture first. That would be really rude of me to do that. While I understand that the United States is too multicultural to remain White American the way Japan could (and should) remain Japanese, that doesn’t mean my people no longer have a right to exist.
Are you an extremist?
No. I believe American mass society has moved in an “extreme” direction, rejecting and ejecting the religious, moral, and national foundations that every civilization that wasn’t actively falling apart maintained.
But didn’t you belong to an extremist Traditionalist Worker Party?
I did. Its motto was “Faith, Family, Folk.” It was disparaged as extremist when it was not, just as Trump supporters on the Right and environmentalists on the Left are unfairly smeared as extremists.
But didn’t you help organize Unite The Right in Charlottesville?
We were not organizers of UTR. I showed up with TradWorker, which merely attended at the invitation of the organizers. The event was billed as a protest against the removal of the Robert E Lee statue, not as a White Supremacist Terror Attack. We showed up, were attacked by radical antifa, defended ourselves without incident, and then went home. We had nothing to do with either the automotive fatality that occurred in the chaos after the event or the torch march that happened the night before.
But didn’t you get sued for White Supremacist Terrorism for UTR?
Not really, and all they managed to prove at the trial is that we had nothing to do with either the automotive fatality or the torch march.
You Better Not Spew Hate Around Me, Bigot
It’s cliche, but I have non-White friends. I think it’s rude to discuss politics when it’s not the right time or place for it. Though, I don’t have anything hurtful to say to non-Whites even if I were in the mood. I have known and worked with people for years who had no idea about my pro-White political views. It generally doesn’t come up unless somebody brings it up. And while I’m happy to explain my beliefs when politely asked, I’m a normal family man who’s just going about my life like anybody else.
But aren’t you going to bring a bunch of radical political activity to my [town, workplace, etc]?
Nope. While I haven’t had a change of belief, I’ve had a change of circumstances with my growing family and career obligations that now precludes “street activism” or “community organizing” that I used to be involved in. Even when I was active, I never harassed or harmed anybody, but I don’t even have the time to do the real world political work I used to do.
But aren’t you still active on the Internet?
Yes. There are a lot of different ways to be pro-White, and I remain just as committed to my faith, family, and folk as ever.
I refuse to have anything to do with you because you’re [whatever].
I respect that. But I have done nothing wrong, and have nobody to apologize to. If you refuse to have anything to do with a man because he won’t apologize for his heritage and identity, then maybe you’re the intolerant radical extremist.
This is all just Nazi PR you Nazi!
I’ve been a White Advocate for decades, and a very public and online one at that, with hundreds of essays and articles relating to me and my work. I implore you to dig through it and find where I promoted hatred, genocide, ethnic cleansing, or whatever. If I’m as hateful as you people think I am, it should be an easy task for you.
But…
I would love to have a dialogue with you if you have more questions or wish to argue in good faith. I encourage you to peruse the stack, as I may have already answered your question. Ask below, and I’ll do my best to answer as fully and frankly as possible.
Why do you think that leftists and liberals ALWAYS end up with the pimp hand in every single avenue of society?
Alex Linder believes that Christian doctrine has weakened the white man and made our nations susceptible to defeat. Still others believe in the Ted Kaczynski model: that technology itself is our ultimate undoing.
I've dwelled a lot on this subject because it's fascinatingly predictable in our time. I can't really accept that it's Christ or kitchen appliances that causes liberals to become dominant in all institutions & I've always wondered what you think might cause this trend in our countries. THANKS.
Dude, what happened to your podcast? I know DLive is dead but odyssey is great and you and hunter wallace were a great combo. Really liked your takes. Also you’d be great on Tim Murdocks white rabbit radio. Miss your insights.
